This piece is called 25 Cats Named Sam and One Blue Pussy. The work is my artist Andy Warhol. He uses arbitrary color in this piece by making the cat blue. Arbitrary color is when color is used on something that has no natural relation to the object, but may have some emotional significance. In this case, cats a clearly not bright blue.
